Withdrawal from the contract

Here you can submit your withdrawal online. After submission, we will send you a receipt acknowledgement by email.

How does it work?

You don't need to log in – just follow these steps, it only takes a few minutes:

    Enter your details

    Enter your name, order number (you'll find it in your order confirmation email), and the email address you used when ordering.

  2. 2

    Load your order

    Enter your order number and email address, then click "Load order". If everything matches, your products will appear – you can only continue after that.

  3. 3

    Select the products

    Check the product(s) you wish to withdraw from. To withdraw from the entire order, don't check anything. If the list is incorrect, you can add a free-text description after loading the order.

  4. 4

    Optional details – if you wish

    Bank account, phone number and notes are optional, but may help us process your request faster.

  5. 5

    Review and submit

    You can review the summary continuously at the bottom of the page. If everything is correct, submit it with the "confirm withdrawal" button. You'll receive the receipt acknowledgement by email immediately.
